Fees and Insurance

Emily's fees are currently $135 per session but may change in the future.  Shiri can offer a sliding scale, ranging from $60-$120.  Please check back periodically for current rates. 

Emily accepts Medicaid, Cigna, Aetna, United/Optum, Friday Health Plans, Rocky Mountain Health Plans and Anthem BCBS. Shiri is able to see clients on CCHA Medicaid, Cigna, Aetna, Friday Health Plans and Rocky Mountain Health Plans. Please contact us for additional information.

Included is the link to our client portal so you can contact your therapist with secure messaging, as well as book/change appointments and access the forms we send you.  More forms may be added here in the future.  For now, the forms included here are our forms we need for intake.  Please contact us with any questions.
